Making chunk packs for Streets Of Rogue is like a relaxing puzzle game in itself. Its easy to get started and share things with others.
All you need is:
Streets of Rogue (preferably with DLC, its almost essential!)
Image editor (only for editing screenshots for preview images. I recommend Paint.NET)
Pen and paper ((or Notepad++/other text editor) to write down ideas and brainstorm how you'll organize your chunk pack.)

Playing the game with an ever increasing amount of chunk packs is a lot of fun, but making them is a relaxing experience too.
